Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a per diem Speech Therapist to provide skilled services in patients' homes across Missouri and nearby areas. You will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

You will document progress in the EMR, collaborate with physicians and the rehab team, and educate patients and families on home programs to support ongoing recovery.
