Job summary

Washington, DC | Full-Time | Onsite

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 annually

Join a Collaborative Early Childhood Team Supporting Young Learners

AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support early childhood students in a highly collaborative school-based setting in Washington, DC for the 2026-2027 school year.

This onsite position supports students ages 3-5 across two nearby campuses and offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on early intervention, communication development, and student success.

The ideal clinician is passionate about working with preschool-aged students and enjoys collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers in a team-oriented environment.

Position Details
  • Full-Time, Onsite Position
  • 2026-2027 School Year
  • 40 hours per week
  • Typical Schedule: 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
  • 30-minute duty-free lunch included
  • Split schedule between two campuses (2-3 days per location depending on caseload needs)
Caseload & Responsibilities

The selected Speech-Language Pathologist will support approximately 25 early childhood students, with caseloads expected to grow throughout the school year as additional students enroll and are assessed.

Students present with a range of communication needs including:

  • Articulation disorders
  • Expressive and receptive language delays
  • Developmental delays
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Nonverbal communication needs
Responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct speech-language therapy services
  • Conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans
  • Writing IEP goals and maintaining documentation
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Participating in MTSS/RTI processes and team meetings
  • Supporting students during critical developmental years
