Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a transdisciplinary pediatric team in Cary, NC. You will deliver play-based, client-centered therapy and participate in Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program, mentorship, and leadership opportunities to advance your clinical expertise.

With a structured career path, a collaborative environment of neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and therapists focusing on outcomes, you will help children and families achieve meaningful communication

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP licensure in the practicing state(s).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification; CFs encouraged to apply.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a holistic, transdisciplinary approach.
• Educate and empower families to extend communication strategies beyond sessions.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs to support mentorship and clinical development.
