Job summary

Cortica is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Concord, CA. The role emphasizes clinical excellence in a transdisciplinary pediatric model, with a focus on leadership through Cortica’s Clinical Ladder and mentorship opportunities.

You will provide play-based therapy, develop individualized plans, and educate families while collaborating with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, and other therapists. A strong emphasis on growth and leadership is evident in the program offerings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply!).
  • Experience working with neurodivergent populations is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a transdisciplinary care approach.

Compensation Potential (Bonus + Salary): $103,497.78 to $126,942.22
