Expressable is a 100% remote, W2 employment opportunity for a pediatric SLP. This role offers flexible scheduling and a rate of $40-$54/hour, covering direct sessions and documentation time.

The position emphasizes caregiver engagement, AI-assisted documentation, and growth opportunities within a supportive, tech-enabled environment. Clinicians will design and deliver therapy remotely, complete documentation, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

CCC-SLP certification and valid NPI number.
Licensed in a key state or willingness to obtain before start date.
Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote work requirements.
Minimum 1 year post-CF pediatric experience.
Strong computer literacy and quick learner of new systems.
Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations.

Responsibilities

Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for pediatric clients.
Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s tools.
Deliver outcomes-focused care with caregiver engagement.
Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
Participate in required training and team communication.
Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.

Compensation

This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

Clinical rate: $40-$54/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.

Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. We have part-time hourly opportunities available, and PRN availability varies by market and current hiring needs. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends.
