We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
2. Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
3. Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities.
4. Travel to nearby centers may be required.
