Job summary

Vibrant Therapy Services LLC is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its pediatric therapy team at two clinic locations in Henderson and Summerlin. This clinic-based role offers a supportive, growth-focused environment with emphasis on collaboration and neuroaffirming care.

The role provides a pay range of $93,000 to $120,000 per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before January 1, 2027.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Feeding experience required.
• AAC experience required.
• Experience with diverse pediatric populations and multidisciplinary teams.

• COMPENSATION $93,000-$120,000 / year
