Job summary

The Speech and Language Center in Sterling, VA is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. We value a compassionate, child-led, neurodiversity-affirming approach and family-centered goal setting.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and BCBAs to provide holistic, collaborative care for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Virginia SLP license (or eligibility).
• ASHA CCC preferred; CF candidates encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy that is child-led and family-centered.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and BCBAs for coordinated, whole-child care.
• Educate and coach caregivers to support progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with families, referral sources, and team members.
• Participate in team meetings, CE opportunities, and community outreach.

The Speech and Language Center in Sterling, Virginia is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric team! We are a comprehensive, multidisciplinary clinic offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and ABA services, allowing for truly collaborative, whole-child care.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.


• Current Virginia SLP license (or eligibility).


• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are encouraged to apply.


• Pediatric experience preferred.
