Job summary

Big Stone Therapies, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist in Staples, MN to join our therapy team. The position is full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE, generally 32 hours per week with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.

You will provide care in a 50/50 mix of SNF/LTC and Home Health, offering opportunities to work with diverse patient populations and settings. A Minnesota SLP license is required or eligible, CFY candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders program.
• Must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota.
• CFY candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across SNF/LTC and Home Health settings in a 50/50 split.

• Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: Lakewood Health System
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position will provide care in a 50/50 split between Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) and Home Health, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and care settings.
