The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for evaluating and treating residents with communication, cognitive, swallowing and voice disorders while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, supports positive clinical outcomes, and contributes to a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents and their families.
