Job Juncture in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our healthcare team. The role involves evaluating and treating speech, language, voice and swallowing disorders to support patient recovery and communication

This in-person mid-level position reports to the Program Director and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Required qualifications include a Master’s in SLP, AZ license, ASHA and CPR certifications; rehab/acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona.
• ASHA certification and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing functions.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and progress.
• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
