Top Echelon LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our patient-centered healthcare team. In this in-person role, you will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders to support recovery and communication skills.

You will report to the Program Director, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families about therapy goals. A master's in SLP, AZ license, ASHA certification, and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Arizona license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• ASHA certification and CPR certification are mandatory.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
