Job summary

The Broadview Center in Shoreline, WA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders and develop individualized plans that drive meaningful progress and improved quality of life.

You will educate residents, families, and staff, collaborate on diagnostic swallowing procedures, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold all professional and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active state license in good standing as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Current ASHA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate residents, families, caregivers, and clinical staff
• Collaborate on diagnostic swallowing procedures, including MBSS and FEES
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to the care team
• Support restorative nursing and interdisciplinary care initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all professional, legal, and confidentiality standards

Key Responsibilities
