Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement and modify treatment plans in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction.
  • Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Ensure the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities.
  • Serve as an educator of patients, families, students, co‑workers and self.
  • Perform other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline‑specific therapy services and design of program delivery.
  • Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services and available community resources.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist required.
  • Certified CLS or completion of state certification within first 90 days of employment required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech‑Language & Hearing Association preferred.
