Miramar Healthcare Center in Santa Barbara, CA, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program.

You will screen and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, develop care plans, and provide discharge summaries while upholding CAPLICO values.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $55–$67 per hour based on experience, with a flexible schedule designed to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Speech-Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to Speech Language Pathologists at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Join our IN-HOUSE Therapy Team in Santa Barbara as a dedicated SLP!

Miramar Healthcare in Santa Barbara, CA,is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a Full TimeSpeech-Language Pathologist for our in-house rehab program!

Full Time: Flexible schedule with work-life balance

Pay: $55 - $67/hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
