A progressive teletherapy firm is seeking licensed speech-language pathologists to provide remote therapy sessions focusing on pediatric care. The role requires ASHA certification and offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $82,500 to $99,500 and performance-based bonuses. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and full licensure in their state of residence. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
Location: This position is fully 100% remote. It is required to hold a California license (or willingness to become licensed if in PST time zone).
Compensation: This is a full-time, exempt, W2-salaried position. The base salary ranges from $82,500 to $99,500. The role also includes a performance-based bonus opportunity ranging from $10,000 to $32,000, bringing the total compensation potential to $92,500–$131,500.

State Licensure and Commitment
We are seeking SLPs licensed in California, working full-time hours. All scheduling options available include some degree of afternoon and evening availability.
