PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (PI)

These indicators provide quantifiable measures that reflect how effectively an employee is performing their duties and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the organization. In a performance review, performance indicators serve as benchmarks against which an employee's performance is assessed.
