Job summary

Speech Therapy Plus LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Ramsey, NJ team, delivering evaluations, therapy, and collaborative care for children and families.

You will work with pediatric populations, coordinate with OTs and PTs, and engage families to support communication goals. A state license, CCC-SLP, and a Master’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid NJ SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience with pediatric populations required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment, and individualized therapy plans for children with speech, language, fluency, articulation, and social communication disorders.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support each child’s communication development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company and insurance guidelines.
• Provide education and training to parents and caregivers on how to carry over therapy strategies at home.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends only
