Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Pottstown is seeking a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating residents in a long-term care setting, with emphasis on individualized plans and family education.

Qualified candidates hold PA licensure in good standing, have knowledge of treatment practices, and can work within facility policies and state/federal regulations. Prior LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• SNF/Long term care experience preferred.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current License as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of PA. Must be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Assured all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitors patient responses to treatments and makes modifications during treatment sessions as necessary
• Completes documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
