Job summary

VanAyer Senior Living & Rehab in Martin, TN is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program. Flexible schedule and strong team support are provided.

You will screen and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, develop care plans, and generate discharge summaries while adhering to regulatory and clinical standards. New grads are welcome and licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required.
• Open to all experience levels; New Grads welcome.
• Experience in post-acute care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on evaluation, and make referrals as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - PRN - VANAYER SENIOR LIVING & REHAB - MARTIN, TN

VanAyer Senior Living & Rehab is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in‑house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery. We are currently seeking a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist for our in‑house rehab program!

Key Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.


• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.


• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.


• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.


• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

Speech‑Language Pathologist license is required.

Open to Speech‑Language Pathologist at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!
