Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to conduct remote speech diagnostic evaluations and therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking startup making a significant impact in autism support.

Qualifications:

• Active SLP license
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or strong CF candidates will be considered Minimum 1 year of experience working with autism or developmental disabilities (Early Intervention or school-based preferred)
• Comfortable working independently in home and/or virtual settings Experience with AAC tools and platforms a plus Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial speech and language evaluations for children with ASD.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans based on each client’s communication goals.
• Provide direct, one-on-one therapy services in-home or via telehealth.
• Educate and coach parents/caregivers to reinforce communication skills in daily life.
• Complete documentation, progress reports, and treatment notes in a timely manner.
