Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a Delaware school setting.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, develop IEPs, and collaborate with educators and families to drive student success. The role offers built-in school holidays and access to professional development resources in a therapist-owned organization.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Active SLP license in the state of DE or eligibility to obtain before start.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
  • Work in a structured, school-based setting with built-in school holidays.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and support staff to impact student success.
