Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in home, daycare, and community settings across California.

Flexible schedules and locations are offered, with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, mileage reimbursement, and a monthly tech stipend. Part-time roles may include medical benefits.

Qualifications

• California Speech Language Pathology license required.
• Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred).
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
• Follow each child’s IFSP and collaborate with the family to develop strategies to reach developmental goals.
• Utilize family-centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and ensure progress is generalized.
• Provide services in the child’s natural environment—homes, daycare centers, and community settings; virtual services available.
• Provide re-assessments and write progress reports (typically bi-annual).
• Maintain confidentiality of information in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.

Our programs are multidisciplinary, providing occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services.

Job Responsibilities:
