Full-Time | NY Speaks

NY Speaks is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Evaluator to conduct school-based speech and language evaluations throughout the Bronx and Brooklyn.

NY Speaks is a multidisciplinary practice providing comprehensive monolingual and bilingual evaluations and related services to students throughout New York City. We specialize in culturally and linguistically responsive assessment and work with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments
• Differenti(ted? but correct) language differences from communication disorders
• Complete clear, high-quality evaluation reports within required timelines
• Collaborate with families, school teams, and NY Speaks staff

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NYS SLP license
• TSSLD
• CCC-SLP preferred
• Strong assessment and report-writing skills
