Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active, unencumbered New York SLP license and registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in pediatric and/or geriatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visit assessments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Work with school-aged children with developmental delays and geriatric patients.
• Monitor progress, update goals, and complete EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to enhance patient outcomes.

What You'll Do
