Join the McCarton Foundation and help transform lives! We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide services to children with autism aged 2-3 years old. You will work alongside Occupational Therapists, ABA Therapists, and a team of dedicated professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

Direct Care: Provide group treatment to children with autism aged 2-3.

Assessment and Planning: Review physician referrals and children’s medical records, plan and perform treatment programs, and document goals and progress.

Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment at various stages and adjust treatment to achieve maximum benefit.

Collaboration: Work with related service providers to support each child’s individualized plan.

IFSP Development: Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).

Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing learning and development with support from experienced staff.

Requirements

New York State licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist.

Completion of a Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Previous experience in autism and early childhood is desired.

Adaptable and eager to learn in a new environment.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
