Job summary

Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in New Oxford, Pennsylvania to fill six Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) openings. The positions support elementary, middle, and high school students with full-time or part-time options; caseloads span K-12.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, direct/indirect therapy, and collaboration with educators and families. Required qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and PA licensure with school

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure and school-based credentials required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply if eligible.
• Experience in school settings and strong communication skills.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.

Location: New Oxford, Pennsylvania
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School Caseload
Pay: Hourly pay starting at $50 (Negotiable based on years of experience)

• Conduct speech and language evaluations as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding students' communication needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Appropriate Pennsylvania SLP licensure and school-based credentials.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply if eligible.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
