Job summary

Expressable is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote pediatric speech therapy sessions with a focus on caregiver engagement and outcomes. The clinician will diagnose, create care plans, and document accurately using Expressable’s clinical tools.

Flexible scheduling allows after-hours and weekend availability for client demand. Requirements include CCC-SLP with ASHA certification, an active NPI, and a willingness to obtain NJ licensure if needed.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP with ASHA Certification and NPI number.
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms.
• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote speech therapy sessions/evaluations for a diverse pediatric population.
• Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s clinical tools and platform.
• Deliver outcomes-focused care with an emphasis on caregiver engagement.
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in required training and team communication.
• Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity.

100% remote | W2 employment | $40 - $58/hour | Flexible Scheduling

(It is required to hold a state license in NJ STATE, or be open to obtaining that state license.)

Compensation

This is a non-exempt, W2 hourly position.

• Clinical rate: $40-$58/hour: Covers both direct sessions and documentation time.

Schedule and flexibility

Design your own schedule around your needs and lifestyle. Our clients typically seek services after 3:30pm weekdays and early mornings/afternoons on weekends. A minimum of 7 hours of total availability per week is required.

Requirements

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number

• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)

• Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms

• Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently

• Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
