Job summary

Surry Health Center by Harborview in Mount Airy, NC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents per individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include completing evaluations, screenings and assessments; providing cognitive and swallowing therapies as indicated; and performing duties as assigned. An active state license is required. This on-site role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
