Job summary
Graceville Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our faith-based team in Graceville, FL. We offer top pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive work environment.
You will conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments, providing cognitive and swallowing therapies per individualized care plans, and carry out duties as assigned.
Active state licensure as an SLP is required, along with commitment to ongoing CE credits and resident-centered care.
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of operation.
- Evidence of ongoing continuing education credits.
- Commitment to resident-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Complete speech therapy evaluations, screenings, and assessments per individualized care plans.
