Job summary

TheraFit Rehab of New Jersey is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide 1:1 neuro and pediatric therapy across clinic and contracted schools/daycares in New Jersey. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and mobility between sites, with mentorship from clinic owners who value real-world, child- and adult-focused communication goals.

Your work will address aphasia, TBI, developmental delays, feeding concerns, and fluency issues, enriching lives with practical therapy

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active NJ SLP license and CCC-SLP.
• Experience with Neuro (Adult/Adolescent) and Pediatric populations.
• Willingness to travel between clinics and contracted schools/daycares.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech-language pathology services in clinic and daycares.
• Treat neuro and pediatric populations across settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Active NJ SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Experience: Comfortable and confident with both Neuro (Adult/Adolescent) and Pediatric populations.
• Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel between clinics and locally to contracted schools/daycares.
