Job summary

TG Talent Team LLC is partnering with an established pediatric therapy practice in Miami, FL to find a qualified SLP. This role will provide individualized speech and language therapy to a pediatric caseload, developing treatment plans and tracking patient progress while working closely with families and the clinical team to support positive outcomes.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10 AM–7 PM, Saturdays at least 1 per month 9 AM–3 PM; caseload roughly 8 pediatric patients daily.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice SLP in the state.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, documentation, computer, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting pediatric patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Track and document patient progress accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with families to support treatment goals.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM


• Saturday: Minimum 1 Saturday per month, 9 AM–3 PM


• Caseload: Approximately 8 pediatric patients per day

Qualifications

• Active SLP license required (provisional or permanent accepted).
