Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients aged 2–6 within an interdisciplinary early intervention model. Come grow with us as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at Soar Autism Center. Our speech language pathology team provides pediatric speech therapy within an interdisciplinary early intervention model for children ages 2–6 with autism. Our care model incorporates the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a naturalistic, developmental approach designed for young children with autism.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll help young children build meaningful communication skills while growing your expertise in pediatric care, AAC, and interdisciplinary treatment.
Schedule: Choose between available 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, depending on location and center maturity
Base pay:$86,000.00 - $108,500.00/year per year
Bonus: Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800, with additional compensation opportunities for achieving clinical certifications
