Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric ABA clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and address communication skills including AAC and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and caregivers to ensure aligned goals while maintaining professional boundaries and scope of practice.
• Educate and train caregivers to support carryover of skills.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation, adhering to ethical standards and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current KY license, CCC‑SLP, pediatric experience, and preferably autism and AAC experience.
