Let’s Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is hiring school-based Speech‑Language Pathologists for Katy, TX. Positions include a 37.5‑hour workweek with on-site school‑based duties and manageable caseloads under 50 students.

Immediate openings for 2026–2027 school year with a $68/hour starting rate and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. We offer SLP‑owned leadership, interview preparation, clinician support, and competitive benefits for eligible W‑2 employees.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Texas SLP license (current or eligible) required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services.
• Conduct, score, and interpret speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Complete evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support students in developing functional communication skills across educational settings.

Let’s Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is an SLP-owned and clinician-led company seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for immediate school-based opportunities in the Katy, TX area.

Our school-based partner is proactively adding clinicians to provide additional support to its current SLP team, with the goal of keeping caseloads under 50 students. We’re looking for clinicians who want to provide quality services while still having the time, support, and balance to enjoy the work they do.

While our primary openings are for Speech-Language Pathologists, we will consider a strong SLP-A candidate for one of our available positions.

SLP-A candidates must hold a current Texas SLP Assistant license and have at least 6 months of recent Texas public school experience as an SLP-A.

SLP-A rates start at $50/hour.

What You’ll Do

As a school-based SLP, you will:

SLP Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current or eligible Texas SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• Clinical Fellows may be considered based on supervision availability
• School-based experience preferred
• Knowledge of IEPs and the special education process
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and district onboarding

Location: Katy, TX area

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 37.5 hours per week

School Year: 2026–2027

Select part-time schedules may also be considered for experienced CCC-SLPs.
