TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Houston, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade with collaboration from the district and our TheraPeds team.
You’ll provide direct services, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals.

If you enjoy working with children, collaborating with educators and therapists, and helping students develop the communication skills they need to participate successfully in their school day, this could be a great fit. You\'ll work with students in Pre-K through High School or as outlined below, with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team.
As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, you\'ll help students develop the speech, language, and communication skills needed to access their education and participate successfully in the school environment.
Your responsibilities may include:
Working and playing with students requires that employees must be able to perform the necessary physical movement functions, as needed, such as lifting, sitting, walking, standing, crawling, and engaging with students in all physical locations and activities, while adhering to the duties outlined by the district.
