Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Fort Supply, OK | Part-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | On-Site TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a part‑time, school‑based opportunity in Fort Supply, OK for the 2026–2027 school year. If you enjoy working with children, collaborating with educators and therapists, and helping students develop the communication skills they need to participate successfully in their school day, this could be a great fit. You'll work with students with support from both the district and the TheraPeds team.

Position Details
  • Part‑time: 6‑8 hours per week
  • School year: August 2026–May 2027
  • Grades: Elementary or Elementary - High School Setting: On‑site, in‑person
  • Pay: $65–$75/hour, based on experience and employment arrangement
  • Guaranteed hours, including designated documentation, planning, and administrative time

What You'll Do
  • As a school-based Speech‑Language Pathologist, you'll help students develop the speech, language, and communication skills needed to access their education and participate successfully in the school environment.
Your responsibilities may include
  • Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups
  • Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized IEP goals
  • Evaluating student progress and adjusting intervention strategies based on student needs and data
  • Providing consultation and support to teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Supporting students with articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, social/pragmatic communication, and other communication needs
  • Supporting students who use augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), as appropriate
  • Monitoring student performance and collecting data to measure progress
  • Completing timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in IEP, eligibility, reevaluation, and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Managing assigned student caseloads and required documentation
  • Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, families, therapists, administrators, and other school professionals
  • Providing case management services, as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program
  • Active or eligible for Oklahoma Speech‑Language Pathologist licensure
  • Appropriate Oklahoma Department of Education certification or credential for school‑based practice, as required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship (CF‑SLP) candidates may be considered, with appropriate supervision available
  • Experience working with children
  • School‑based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Knowledge of the IEP process and special education services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, case‑management, and time‑management skills
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation, communication, assessment, and service delivery
  • Ability to successfully complete required fingerprinting and background clearances``
  • Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, administrators, and related‑service professionals
  • Professionalism, tact, discretion, and respect for student and family confidentiality
  • Physical Requirements — School‑based therapy is active and hands‑on. The SLP must be able to safely participate with students in a variety of school environments and activities. Physical responsibilities may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, transitioning to and from the floor, and lifting or assisting with students, materials, or equipment as appropriate to the position.
  • All responsibilities will be performed in accordance with assigned duties, district safety requirements, and applicable accommodations.
  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech‑Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License — ASHA
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • CF‑SLP placement may be available
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in use of technology
  • Fingerprint background clearance``
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
