Job summary

Flagship Therapy in Houston, TX is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join their in-house therapy team. This position offers competitive pay rates, a flexible schedule, and strong clinical mentorship.

The successful candidate will evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans. The role is open to SLPs at all experience levels and provides opportunities for leadership development.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – PRN – COPPERFIELD HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION – HOUSTON, TX

Copperfield Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Houston, TX, is seeking a PRN SLP to join our in‑house therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Effectively screen/evaluate patients with communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and develop appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness; modify services in relation to patient evaluation and make referrals as appropriate.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.
• Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.

Qualifications

Licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist. This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels.
