Job summary

EDU Healthcare seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students in a school setting in Henderson, Nevada for the 2026–2027 school year.

The SLP will evaluate and diagnose disorders, develop IEPs, and deliver direct therapy in individual and group settings while collaborating with educators and families. The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to policies, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in NV (or eligibility to obtain).
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged.
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.
  • Structured, school-based setting with built-in holidays.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to impact student success.

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings

  • Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress
  • Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in the state of NV (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred

  • Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery
