Job summary

A healthcare provider in Harlan, Iowa is looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat patients in a skilled nursing/assisted living environment. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department
• Master's degree (M. A. or M. S.) in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or be eligible for such.
