Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join a Gloucester, VA, school district. You will evaluate, intervene, and collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication and academic success.

This full-time 37.5-hour/week position offers guaranteed hours, competitive hourly pay, and weekly direct deposit. VA licensure and CCC-SLP certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathology license.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student progress.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress while adjusting intervention plans as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide consultation and support to school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions.
