Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations and ongoing therapy for children birth to age three. The role includes developing personalized plans, delivering one-on-one family sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a hybrid in-person/virtual setting.

You will participate in IFSP meetings, monitor progress, document plans and advocate for clients in schools or community settings. Background check and license required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active professional conduct rules for SLP licensure.
  • Completion of AzEIP Standards of Practice within 3 years of start date.
  • Successful background check and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Feeding experience is a plus, not required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children birth to three years of age.
  • Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Provide one-on-one family sessions.
  • Collaborate with team personnel to achieve well-rounded care via coaching and joint visits.
  • Participate in Individual Family Service Plan meetings.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Advocate for patient needs in settings such as schools or workplaces.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in speech therapy.
  • Remain flexible to service provision schedules (in person and virtual).
  • Be available for hybrid services (in person and virtual).

Essential Therapy Solutions started in 2007 in response to the overwhelming number of families in our Arizona community requiring services. We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Therapy
  • Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as a Speech Language Pathologist including certifications and/or licensures
  • Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is required
  • Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Feeding experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required
