Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, Llc is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Arizona. The role involves providing evaluations, ongoing therapy, and family sessions for children 3+ years, with plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Candidates must meet AzEIP guidelines and pass a background check for a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

The position supports hybrid service delivery (in person and virtual) with opportunities to work across schools and community settings.

Qualifications

• Ongoing duties include evaluations, assessments and therapy for children 3+ years.
• Must be able to complete background check and obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

• Stay updated on research and advances in speech therapy
• Be available for hybrid services (in person and virtual)

We obtained school contracts as well as becoming a Qualified Vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We also contracted with other agencies holding Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) contracts to deliver services to the birth to 3 population.

Requirements

• Provide evaluations, assessments and ongoing therapy for children 3 years and up.
• Develop individualized plans tailored to each patient’s needs

• Must be open to flexible schedules as needed for service provision to families
• Must be available for hybrid services, in person and virtual

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Therapy
• Meet all prescribed professional requirements and rules of professional conduct as a Speech Language Pathologist including certifications and/or licensures
• Completion of the AzEIP Standards of Practice for Early Interventionists within three years of a start date is required
• Must be able to complete a successful background check and obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Feeding experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required
