Job summary

The Menta Education Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based speech-language services in alignment with IEPs for students at Menta Academy Gillespie.

Full-time role based at 904 N Hard Rd, Gillespie, IL 62033, with a schedule from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm CT, Monday–Friday, following the school calendar. Direct Hire with annual return to school schedule Feb.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA‑accredited program.
• Current SLP license from IDFPR.
• CCC certification preferred; CFY welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students, in groups and individually, monitoring behavior to ensure alignment with programmatic expectations.
• Provide educational direction and support during times of confusion, frustration, or emotional upset.
• Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for student caseload.
• Deliver Speech‑Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP.
• Maintain accurate related service logs, updated weekly.
• Compensated intrastate travel required.

Speech‑Language Pathologist with The Menta Education Group will provide speech‑language services in accordance with IEPs for students at Menta Academy Gillespie.

Location and Schedule

904 N Hard Rd, Gillespie, IL 62033.

7:30 am – 3:00 pm CT, Monday‑Friday, following school calendar.

Direct Hire; return to school each year (no annual contract).

Key Responsibilities
