Job summary

The Menta Education Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students under their IEPs in a 10-month school calendar, with 7:30 am–3:00 pm hours.

This direct-hire role involves supervising groups and individuals, developing IEP goals, documenting progress, and providing SLP services; intrastate travel is required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 403(b) plan.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required for eligibility.
• Active license from IDFPR.
• CCC certification preferred; CFY eligible.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students in groups and individually, monitoring behavior to ensure alignment with programmatic expectations.
• Provide educational direction and support for students during confusion, frustration, and emotional upset.
• Develop and update IEP goals and progress reports for student caseload.
• Provide Speech-Language related service minutes as dictated on the IEP.
• Maintain accurate related service logs updated weekly.
• Compensated intrastate travel required.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited university program

Current Speech‑Language Pathology license from IDFPR

Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) preferred, CFY welcomed

As a Speech‑Language Pathologist with The Menta Education Group, you will work with students to provide speech‑language assistance in accordance with the students’ IEPs.

Staff Hours: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm, Mon‑Fri
10‑Month School Calendar
Hiring for All Grade Levels K‑21, Small Self‑Contained Rooms (10 students max)
Direct Hire with our school: Return School Year after School Year (no annual contract)
