Boothby Therapy Services LLC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gardiner, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position involves providing speech-language therapy across K–5 with a guaranteed hourly pay model and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

The role requires a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility or licensure to practice in Maine, and strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary school team. Eligible CF-SLPs welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility is required.
• Active Maine SLP license or eligibility is required.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.

Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Gardiner, Maine for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time role (5 days per week) serving students in Kindergarten through grade 5.

Compensation & Incentives

$50–$60 Per Hour

Guaranteed Pay

At Boothby, you're paid for your scheduled time, even when students are absent or sessions are canceled.

Your compensation shouldn't depend on factors outside your control.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, depending on assignment, location, and experience.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Fluency disorders

  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the needs of diverse age groups and developmental levels
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
