Angels Care Home Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home care to patients in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring patients reach optimal well-being in their home setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology with a current state license and CCC-SLP, plus 2 years of acute or rehab/home health experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Current state license in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is required.
• 2 years’ experience in acute care/rehabilitation; home health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation with auto liability insurance is required.
