Communication Corner and More!, Inc./ Kids SPOT in FL is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric clinic team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and feeding disorders, developing personalized care plans for children.

The role emphasizes family education, collaboration with therapists, and ongoing professional development within a supportive, therapist-owned practice across multiple Florida locations.

Formación

• Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and state licensure.
• Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy and creating individual treatment plans.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and care teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication, feeding, and related skills.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate families about treatment options, care plans, and daily living strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress in compliance with standards.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs and abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including PT's, OT'S, SLP'S and Assistants to ensure patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care plans, and strategies for daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
