Job summary

Birch Agency in Flint, MI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication and academic success through assessment, intervention, collaboration, and IEP participation.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and work with families, teachers, and staff to help students thrive. Licensure as an SLP is required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold an appropriate Speech-Language Pathologist credential/licensure.
• CCC-SLP credential preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support initiatives.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll support students’ communication development and academic success through assessment, intervention, collaboration, and consultation. You’ll work closely with students, families, teachers, and support staff to help students build the speech, language, and communication skills they need to thrive in the educational setting.
