Point Quest Group seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Elkhart, IN. You will assess students, develop and implement treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CSD.
• Active Indiana SLP license and IN DOE Educators' license.
• Clear DOJ/FBI Livescan background check; eligible to work in the US.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized and dynamic assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct speech therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in annual and triennial reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support SLPAs, including monitoring supervision hours (if applicable).

Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Indiana SLP License and IN DOE Educators' License
• Clearances : DOJ/FBI Livescan background check. Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Skills : Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs preferred.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Speech Language Pathologist Physical Demands:

• Environment : Occasional exposure to dust, pollen, and fumes.
• Activity : Frequent engagement in tasks such as reaching, handling, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Sensory : Ability to perform essential job functions with or without assistive devices or accommodations, including working in moderate to high noise levels.
